Need a Soil Test or Septic System Design?
01
Soil Test
Interested in buying a new lot/splitting a parcel? Planning to build on your property? Is your current septic system failing? These are scenarios that require a soil test. We will visit the site to take soil samples which will determine where the best area for a future septic system could be (If any). A written report will be emailed to you with all the information you need to turn into the County Health Department.
03
Installation
Once the Health Department has approved the Septic System Design, your Soil Test and Septic Design paperwork can be given out to installers for bids on the installation.
02
Septic System Design
After an initial soil test has been done, the next step is a Septic System Design. A design is a "blue print" for the septic system. The system type, size, & location are based on the soil test done in step 1. Your future system will be marked to the exact size and location on your property. A set drawings will be made outlining all specifications for your system on the property. The Soil Test & Septic Design will be turned into the Health Department to obtain your septic permit.
